Charleys General Manager - Grove City

Description

• Ensure inventory levels are properly maintained in order to increase sales volume and manage inventory.
• Manage budgeting, financial performance, and P&L statements, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Effectively address employee relations issues.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Drive guest satisfaction by consistently delivering Charleys signature service.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health/safety regulations.
• Accountable for all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest levels of quality, service, and efficiency.
• Hire, train, and develop team members - Lead, develop, and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
• Be directly responsible for all fund reconciliation and inventory audits.
• Operate and maintain all assigned equipment safely and efficiently.
• Create an environment where team members are empowered and delighted, who in turn, delight our guests with genuine hospitality.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Valid Driver's License required
• Ability to bend down, stoop low, and stand for at least 8 hours.
• Strategic Thinking —The ability to make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency and profitability.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Schedule Flexibility —Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Excellent Communication —Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage staff.
• Two years of previous experience preferred in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment.
• Proven Leadership Experience —A track record of successfully managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational Excellence —Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to properly lift, pull, and/or push up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a flexible shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to effectively lead in a fast-paced work environment.
