The Programme Lead will be the central point of contact, collaborating with internal teams, delivery partners and funders to turn ideas into action. They will chair the Wellbeing Spaces working group, identify and support anchor partners to apply for funding and deliver high‑impact projects. Using performance data, they will continuously refine delivery and improve outcomes while building effective networks at every level.
The ideal candidate has experience leading nationally focused projects and managing or supporting grant programmes. They must work productively with funders, be confident using performance data, and excel at building partnerships. An understanding of community development and wellbeing approaches such as social prescribing and health‑wellbeing frameworks is essential.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment, and be willing to travel nationally. The hybrid role requires at least one day per week in the office, though this may change with business needs. The closing date is Monday 19 January 2026, with interviews in early February 2026.
The role is hybrid, allowing flexibility across all regions with a link to the nearest office base. Salary is £43,307‑£50,145 per annum for London and £39,891‑£46,190 nationally, based on location. It is a 36‑hour week on a fixed‑term contract until January 2028.
