Lead design and delivery of major Southern Region projects with the Pre‑Construction team.
Partner with KB teams and suppliers to implement value‑engineering solutions that maximise value and buildability.
Perform feasibility studies, options appraisal and concept‑to‑detailed design for clients and design‑and‑build contractors.

Possess relevant site or design‑consultancy experience at a senior level.
