About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Transportation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Canton. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of transportation projects that make a real impact on communities. You will collaborate with experienced professionals and contribute to innovative solutions in roadway design, traffic analysis, and transportation planning.

0-4 years of experience in transportation engineering (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply).
Proficiency in design software such as MicroStation, AutoCAD, and traffic analysis tools.
EIT certification preferred; PE license a plus.
Strong understanding of AASHTO and state DOT standards.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
