We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Assets Consulting team. In this role, you will lead the delivery of projects within agreed budgets and timelines, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients. You will also be responsible for managing, guiding, and developing junior staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading technical transport-related projects and providing advisory services to public and private sector clients.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
- A blend of practical and theoretical project management knowledge
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Working toward or achieved chartership with a relevant professional body
- Candidates with greater experience will be considered for more senior roles, as relevant
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline
- Familiarity with digital tools and techniques for analysis, reporting, and management of complex projects
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in the design, delivery, project management, and/or operation of technical infrastructure, engineering, transport, tolling, or intelligent mobility systems projects
- Proven project management skills across:
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or AIPM Certified Practicing Project Manager are an advantage
- Strong technical expertise or demonstrated interest in one or more of the following: Infrastructure design, Intelligent mobility, Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), Tolling, Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAVs)
