The Facilities Management Operations Analyst is a key account role that supports the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and Engineering teams in achieving strategic objectives, compliance requirements, and performance metrics. Acting as an integrator between IFM teams, the Center of Excellence platform, Shared Services, field operations, vendors, and account leadership, the analyst ensures data integrity, reliable reporting tools, and enhanced service processes to improve efficiency and vendor management.
The analyst works cross‑functionally with stakeholders to align operational strategies with account goals, prepares market and resource information for presentations, and dissects processes to generate improvement recommendations. Responsibilities include managing project tasks, timelines, and risks; interpreting collected data; maintaining organized records and compliance checks; conducting audits and inspections; developing operational standards, playbooks, and manuals; and creating visualizations and custom reports using multiple data sources.
Core competencies required are strong oral and written communication, project and process management, analytical problem solving, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and technical proficiency. The role also demands adherence to Cushman & Wakefield’s core standards, safety and environmental policies, and the ability to champion operational excellence initiatives while fostering employee engagement.
Qualifications include a minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with a preference for an associate or bachelor's degree, and at least five years of administrative or operational coordination experience. Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat, GSuite, and virtual collaboration tools, as well as an understanding of facilities management and CMMS systems.
The position is remote, supporting an East Coast client on EST business hours, with company‑provided laptop, monitor, and mobile phone. Physical requirements involve typical home‑office work and occasional light lifting. Compensation ranges from $59,500 to $70,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, retirement savings, life and disability insurance, and paid time off. Cushman & Wakefield is an equal‑opportunity employer.
