-Collaborating with Senior Management to align fleet operations with strategic goals and lead change initiatives -Using Data insights for operational optimisation -Developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships through developing a deep understanding of the customer base and providing regular updates to Senior Management -Performing regular review of asset performance; identify improvement opportunities and manage maintenance schedules to minimise downtime -Maximising fleet utilisation by providing informed advice and support to customers -Fostering a strong culture of safety and compliance

Downer is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager in Hamilton to lead our vehicle and plant operations! -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights -A solid understanding of Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and best practices -Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence and empower others -Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions -Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business development, and successfully implementing process improvements -The ability to travel and stay away from home as required -Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems -Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to positively engage and influence peers and stakeholders
