The Opportunity: As a member of our Bridges and Civil Structures team in Ontario, you will contribute to projects that keep communities connected and safe. This role lets you apply your engineering knowledge in the field, see the impact of your work firsthand, and grow your expertise within a collaborative environment.
Your Impact includes inspecting bridges and heavy civil structures to ensure safety and reliability for the traveling public, preparing clear and accurate inspection reports with digital tools, supporting the planning and execution of field inspections while maintaining equipment and safety standards, applying engineering principles to assist with repair designs, load ratings, and construction oversight, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions that enhance mobility and sustainability.
The Skills That Set You Apart are a Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering from a CEAB‑accredited university, comfort working in the field—including climbing, carrying equipment, and operating in varied weather—familiarity with engineering software such as SAP2000, CSi Bridge, MIDAS, or S‑Frame, a strong technical foundation with a passion for real‑world challenges, and eligibility or progress toward Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) designation.

Compensation ranges from $66,300 to $97,200 depending on province, with final salary determined by education, experience, certifications, and other factors.
