Tasks
-Generate new business and drive revenue selling Zonda’s Builder Listings Services and suite of Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders & developers throughout assigned territory; -Develop and execute on a sales plan for the territory -Generate face ‐ to ‐ face or virtual appointments each week and maintain all meeting & pipeline information in Salesforce.com -Perform in person and web demonstrations for our Listings platform Livabl, and Digital Solutions (virtual tools - interactive site plans, interactive floor plans, 3D renderings and virtual model home tours, and our self-guided home tours platform uTour) applications -Generate qualifying leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals -As needed, work in conjunction with Zonda Urban representatives to create builder relationships with key sales and marketing members -Present listings product and builder solution products at company events or company sponsored events -Travel within your territory & industry conventions to close prospects

What You Bring
-Previous experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition -Must have an enthusiasm and passion for real estate to help drive sales -Ability to learn and develop proficiency in new skills quickly -Strong prospecting, presentation, and closing skills -Ability to proactively look at data and upsell to provide continuous value to builder clients -3+ years’ experience in the new home industry (ie: Sales, Marketing, etc.) -Ability to close business accounts and face frequent resistance and opposition from key decision makers -Goal ‐ oriented sales approach; be able to provide a proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual goals -General knowledge and understanding of builder digital marketing technologies including CRM, CMS, data feeds, lead integration, and other interactive sales tools -Experience and desire to manage the entire sales process which includes prospecting, needs analysis, proposal writing and closing; drive to acquire new business will be key -5+ years of experience in a related digital/data services business development/outside sales role -Be able to consult with and close business with multiple decision makers -Ability to embrace new technology, and strong proficiency with multiple technology platforms (PC, mobile devices, online apps, etc.) -Proficiency using Salesforce.com (or another CRM platform) is required -Ability to thrive in an environment that is constantly changing and updating in order to be on the leading edge of technology
