Ensure technical excellence, compliance with standards, and safe-by-design principles.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.
Drive the adoption of innovative design practices, digital delivery, and sustainability.
Represent the organisation in key stakeholder meetings and industry forums.
Provide strategic and technical leadership across transportation and rail projects.
Manage and mentor senior project managers and engineering teams.
Lead the development and execution of bids and proposals.

We are seeking a Director to lead the delivery of transportation and rail infrastructure projects across Ireland. The role requires a strategic, technically proficient leader with a proven record in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-value projects from concept through to completion.

Strong background in project, commercial, and technical management within consultancy or client-side environments.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Extensive experience delivering major transportation or rail infrastructure projects.
Degree-qualified Chartered Engineer or equivalent professional status.
