Operations Supervisor

• Ensure records are maintained to meet employee, organisational and statutory requirements.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality of all written and verbal communication.
• Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely Culture.
• Monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications.

How you'll connect to the role? To be successful in this role you will have similar experience within civil construction working on civil infrastructure projects. You will have excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines. You will have the ability to positively influence and lead a team/subcontractors.
