Follow established guidelines and procedures to increase communication and overall efficiency
Act as Owner Liaison to architects, contractors, commercial tenants, etc.
Assist with managing subcontractor activities and FF&E material ordering
Request estimates and assist with the bid process to ensure successful close, including assisting to write scopes of works and pricing sheets
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, and vendor contacts and leads
Prepare well-written reports and business correspondence
Administrative duties to include meeting minutes; team updates; project tracking and design coordination
Assist with the successful negotiation and pricing of design services
Track and manage project scheduling
Review blueprints and drawings for all designated projects, including providing comments and take-offs
Assist with managing all aspects of development projects
Follow design guidelines and maintain project schedules and budgets
Follows instructions and responds to management direction; commits to working to reach goals; completes tasks on time or notifies appropriate person with an alternate plan.
Participate in the planning phase of construction projects

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design-related academic field
Highly organized and detail oriented
Strong interest or experience in the built environment
0 – 2 years’ experience.
Proficiency in design software (AutoDesk, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) and Microsoft Office. Must demonstrate ability to sketch or render either directly or using AI tools.
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
