If you’re already embedded in the UK property market and can bring established relationships to the table, you’ll play a key role in scaling one of the UK’s leading EV charging networks.

As Partnerships & Site Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing prime sites for large-scale EV charging developments.

You’ll report directly to the Managing Director of the Property Division and work closely with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, and investment teams.

  • Negotiate commercial lease and partnership agreements with high-value stakeholders.
  • Represent the company externally at industry and partner meetings, providing market intelligence and shaping future growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical feasibility and project delivery.
  • Lead the end-to-end site acquisition process, from prospecting to deal execution.
  • Identify and secure strategically located sites for ultra-fast EV charging hubs.
  • Build and manage relationships with landlords, developers, agents, and property groups.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of viable opportunities aligned with expansion strategy.

This is a relationship-led, deal-oriented position, ideal for someone who already has deep connections within property, retail, or infrastructure sectors and understands how to leverage them to create mutually valuable partnerships.

This is a strategic, senior appointment within the business, designed for an experienced professional with a strong commercial property background and an established industry network.

  • Strong commercial judgment and the ability to assess site viability and financial performance.
  • Proven record of closing site acquisition or property development deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills at senior level.
  • Highly self-motivated, strategic, and capable of operating autonomously in a fast-growing environment.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in EV charging, property acquisition, commercial real estate, or infrastructure partnerships.
  • Well-established professional network across commercial property, retail estates, or land ownership groups.
