A minimum of + 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams, showcasing ability to guide and inspire team members toward achieving exceptional results.
+ 5 years of proven experience in P&L Management, highlighting expertise in effectively driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
Previous experience in managing sales team, fulfillment personnel. Experience in managing managers is a plus.
