The practical bits: you will work a 37.5‑hour week on a rota that includes evenings, weekends and occasional waking nights, travelling across County Durham and Sunderland. Start and finish times may vary to meet customer needs, and flexibility will be reciprocated. You must be confident using technology for support plans and have an enhanced DBS (cost covered).
The Lead Support Worker role offers a rate of £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum) on a permanent, full‑time contract (37.5 hpw) based in County Durham and Sunderland.
