Communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
Conduct field surveys to gather data and information necessary for land boundary determinations and topographic mapping
Maintain and update records and reports related to surveying activities
Prepare and process legal descriptions, plats, and maps for recording purposes
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques in land surveying to improve our services and stay ahead of the competition

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute to the growth of the business unit
Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials.
Working knowledge of Trimble survey equipment and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Registered or Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS/RPLS) status (Texas required, multiple states are a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Project Management experience
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Registered Professional Land Surveyor license in good standing (Texas required, multiple states are a plus)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying
Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
Familiarity with GIS and mapping software
A.S. or B.S. Degree from an accredited college or university.
Frequent sitting and operating a computer.
Proven leadership and communication skills
Strong attention to detail.
