Configure and troubleshoot BACnet and Modbus communications; integrate BMS with third-party controllers, RTUs and field devices.
Execute preventive maintenance, respond to service incidents, diagnose faults and carry out corrective repairs to meet SLA targets.
Use field test equipment (multimeter, cable tester, OTDR where applicable) to certify structured cabling, fiber links and system health; maintain accurate commissioning and service records.
Install, wire, commission and test ELV systems on-site including Building Management Systems (BMS), fire alarm, CCTV and access control equipment.
Perform point-to-point testing, sensor and actuator calibration, panel wiring, termination and loop checking for BMS and FAS installations.
Coordinate with project managers, vendors and site teams to ensure safe, on-time handover and compliance with site safety and quality processes.

Structured Cabling
Willingness to work full-time on-site across client locations in India; valid driving license preferred.
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma/ITI/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation (or equivalent) with hands-on field experience in ELV/BMS installations and commissioning.
