  • Managing administrative tasks in technical promotion processes and creating reports based on the organization’s needs.
  • Conducting valuation of market size and trends and competitor analyses including identification of offering gaps and evaluating ABB’s position.
  • Providing technical support for Sales Managers during technical meetings with customers.
  • Providing customer support by responding to technical questions and performing electrical calculations for the design institutes and technical consultants.
  • Formulating technical bids by considering the best available product mix and appropriate technical aspects adapted to customer project requirements to position ABB products and favor its selection and creates well-documented tenders in a timely manner and with an appropriate level of detail, including preliminary prices for initial project budgeting.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.
  • Leading Product and Factory approvals from customers engaging the necessary resources from all functions.
  • Collecting and analyzing standards, market requirements, and customer needs and values as inputs for developing a product roadmap.

  • Having deep domain knowledge of IEC Low Voltage systems.
