Senior Planner – Super Prime Residential

This is an opportunity to play a key role on a complex, high-value refurbishment, working closely with the Project Director and site delivery team to manage, monitor, and optimise the construction programme.

• Track progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies
• Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes using Asta Powerproject
• Work collaboratively with the project and site teams to ensure accurate short-term and long-term planning
• Produce progress reports and updates for internal and client meetings

A respected main contractor specialising in super prime residential refurbishments is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join their delivery team on a major country home project in Surrey.

• Proficiency in Asta Powerproject (essential)
• Background with a main contractor preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience as a Planner or Senior Planner within high-end residential or major refurbishment projects
