Handle resident service requests via online ticketing system on a timely basis while providing fantastic customer service.
Assist the Service Manager with health and safety issues by identifying and reporting potential hazards, liability and safety concerns, and unresolved maintenance issues.
Work as scheduled, including weekend and on-call shifts as needed.
Perform or assist in all phases of apartment and property maintenance including make-readies, walking vacant units, groundskeeping, punch-out work, trash-out, maintaining the swimming pool and golf carts, and interior and exterior repairs.
Maintain compliance with company policies, ADA, OSHA and other regulations affecting the maintenance of the property.
Assist in the upkeep of the exterior and interior of the property.
Assist with efforts to prevent, mitigate and repair damage from severe weather events.

Requires frequent bending and/or stooping, and use of ladders or stepladders, to perform essential maintenance tasks.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet, Yardi, and other relevant applications.
Ability and willingness to work overtime if needed.
A minimum of 2 years of general maintenance experience in multi-unit property management.
Requires frequently working outside in various weather conditions.
