- Respond quickly to inbound leads and proficiently use CRM systems

- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction), B2B sales preferred; training provided
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to fast‑pace environment and stay educated on products/services
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
Benefits
The role is based at our rental facility in Hartford, CT, and offers a total compensation range of $70,000 to $400,000+ with uncapped commissions and a base salary. Territory Account Managers expand the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals, offering construction equipment rentals across aerial, earth‑moving, material handling, and more.
