• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee and coordinate recruitment activities across business units to attract and retain top talent.
• Workforce Planning: Analyze workforce data to anticipate future needs, support succession planning, and provide strategic input on talent management.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer and monitor compensation and benefits structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and organizational standards.

• Training and Development: Identify training needs, design and execute learning programs, and oversee development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals and legal standards.
• Oversee employee engagement and retention programs to build a motivated workforce.
• Driving effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Monitoring HR budgets and optimizing resource utilization.
• Ensuring accurate HR data management and confidentiality across Group systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and mitigate organizational risk.
• Performance Management: Collaborate with Group and BU leadership to implement effective performance management systems that promote accountability and growth.
• Maintaining a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture.
• HR Technology: Maintain and optimize HR systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management and process efficiency.
• Promoting safety awareness and proactive risk prevention in all HR operations.
• Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, ensuring fair practices, conflict resolution, and the consistent application of policies.
• Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Support initiatives to ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment for all employees.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Support and promote initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HSE standards.

Requirements

The Group HR Manager at S.S. Lootah Group will manage and oversee the HR functions across multiple business units within the organization. This role requires a seasoned HR professional with strong leadership, strategic insight, and the ability to implement effective human capital initiatives that support business objectives. The Group HR Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving employee development and engagement across the Group.

• Minimum 10-15 years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a group or multi-business unit role.
• Proven ability to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, UAE labor law, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, PHR, SPHR) is an advantage.
• Skilled in handling confidential information and managing complex employee relations cases.
• Experience with HR systems such as Oracle or equivalent.
