A global commercial real‑estate firm delivering services from leasing to asset and facilities management.
The Project Manager is accountable for all aspects of project delivery, leading a team to meet or exceed client expectations for their vision. Successful project managers assemble and manage individuals to create a fine‑tuned project machine.
The role involves developing a comprehensive project strategy, execution plan and master schedule aligned with Schneider Electric’s targets, translating RFP scope into actionable work packages across civil, PEB, MEP and infrastructure, and monitoring progress against milestones while proactively flagging delays and preparing recovery plans. Daily site monitoring ensures strict adherence to FM Global standards, safety norms and quality protocols, as well as overseeing housekeeping, logistics, manpower utilization and contractor performance.
The manager leads the PMC team—including planners, project engineers, MEP, safety and QS specialists—facilitates daily and weekly coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders, ensures timely release of design deliverables to avoid work stoppages, and communicates issues and escalations with a solution‑oriented approach. They also maintain audit‑ready records for legal, HR, finance and statutory inspections, implement QA/QC plans, and support ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS audits while working closely with the Safety Engineer on daily safety rounds and high‑risk activity control.
Financial responsibilities include managing the project budget, validating contractor bills, tracking cash‑flow, change orders and cost deviations, and driving value‑engineering initiatives for cost and time optimisation. The manager oversees testing and commissioning, ensures submission of as‑built drawings, O&M manuals and certificates, and prepares the final project closure report and lessons‑learned document.
Ideal candidates hold a B.E. in Civil engineering with 15+ years of relevant experience, having completed at least one to two hotel, industrial or warehouse projects end‑to‑end, preferably within a project‑management consultancy, and possess technical awareness of civil, electro‑mechanical and architectural works. Cushman & Wakefield offers a global platform, career development, a promote‑from‑within culture, a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, flexible work arrangements and a comprehensive employee benefits program.
