Experience preparing cost estimates and construction specifications or special provisions
A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or similar discipline from an accredited college or university
Preform QA/QC tasks
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience
Experience in coordination with agencies and project stakeholders
Experience in preparing scope of work and fee proposals
Experience with roadway and structure construction on a full range of projects
Knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD and IDOT or ISTHA and local design guidelines and manuals
PE license in Illinois
IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities Certification
Experience preparing design and construction plans
