- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
- Maintain bunkers, irrigation systems, and course landscaping, ensuring aesthetic and functional standards.
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, aeration, and other green space management practices to maintain course quality.
- Operate and maintain all relevant machinery and equipment safely, including ride-on mowers, aerators, and irrigation controls.
- Support weekend and event-day preparation and maintenance activities as required.
- Participate in regular team meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Monitor and control turf health including pest, weed, and disease management practices in line with environmental guidelines.
- Engage in social events fostering team camaraderie
- Assist with irrigation scheduling, water usage monitoring, and related audits.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment condition, and chemical use.
