Resinous Field Supervisor (Commercial & Industrial Flooring)

Description

In this capacity the supervisor will oversee the execution of epoxy and resinous flooring installations, ensuring projects meet schedule, safety, and quality expectations.

• Supervise field crews on resinous flooring projects across multiple states
• Ensure quality installations, proper material usage, and jobsite safety
• Coordinate schedules, site mobilization, and crew planning with operations
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installers and foremen
• Communicate job progress and issues with project managers and sales reps
• Conduct job walks, punch-list inspections, and project closeouts
• Track daily production, labor, and material consumption
• Travel to job sites throughout the Midwest as required
• Manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously

Requirements

The company is seeking a driven and experienced Resinous Field Supervisor to lead resinous flooring projects across the Southwest region, a hands‑on leadership role that requires delivering quality work on time and on budget while leading by example in the field.

The ideal candidate brings extensive hands‑on experience with resin‑based coatings, a proven track record of leading field teams, and the ability to interpret technical specifications while communicating effectively across departments.

• Minimum 3 years experience with epoxy, urethane, MMA flooring systems
• Proven leadership as a field supervisor or foreman
• Expertise in floor preparation, moisture control, cove systems, and coating application
• Ability to read specifications and interpret statements of work
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel regularly
