Works with senior foremen and/or superintendents to complete short interval schedules
Inspects incoming materials for quality, accuracy, completeness, and contract compliance
Completes daily timesheets and field reports
Prepares schedules for needed manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors
Ensures quality of work performed by crews
Works as part of a team with management, supervision, safety, and other personnel
Ensures crews are working at maximum efficiency during shift hours and leads by example
Conducts daily JSA to recognize safety hazards associated with the daily tasks and educates crews of hazards
Provides oversight direction to crews and/or subcontractors

High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of safe construction methods and procedures
Understands and enforces company safety policies
Good organizational skills
30 Hour OSHA certification
Prior crew and subcontractor management experience
Understands plans and specifications
Good written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in bridge construction/concrete structures
