Analyse performance data and create strategies to grow the showroom into a £1m+ revenue department.
Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, design consultation, and effective follow-up.
Lead, coach, and motivate any supporting staff to deliver outstanding service and results.
Develop and execute local sales and marketing initiatives to increase footfall and conversion.
Guide customers through the full kitchen & bathroom design and sales process.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
