Provide leadership and coaching to multiple Power Systems Product Support Sales teams.
Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Manage issues related to credit, policy decisions, and external communications.

Develop action plans aligned with Mustang Cat’s Strategic Business Plan.

Monitor and measure plan success, updating as needed to ensure ongoing improvement.
Direct sales coverage efforts across all assigned product markets.
Lead sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics for executive leadership.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives and grow market share.
Resolve customer disputes promptly and professionally.
Equip sales representatives with resources, tools, and support to maximize effectiveness.
Understand, support, and expand product support opportunities across assigned markets.
Provide problem-solving solutions to satisfy customer needs.
Set performance goals for the team and hold them accountable for results.
Collaborate with Sales, Parts, and Service to ensure operational alignment and customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with Caterpillar representatives and meet all CAT metrics.
