Construction Project Manager - Commercial/K-12

Description

• Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking reports.
• Oversee jobsite progress with support from the Superintendent; ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure schedule, scope, and budget alignment.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for construction projects from $10M–$100M+.
• Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during bidding and project setup phases.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio in Medical, Education, Retail, or Commercial Office projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Candidates with only multifamily experience (under 10 stories) will not be considered.
• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or K-12 construction.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar platforms.
