  • Often works on a ladder with hands overhead.
  • Maintain contact with the Service Dispatcher throughout each workday.
  • Maintains and creates relationships with customers and potential customers.
  • Services automatic doors on-site at the customer’s facility.
  • Maintains the correct inventory on the company vehicle to adequately complete the service.
  • Uses manuals and other resources to ensure installations are correct.
  • Properly document required service information in dispatch tablet system.
  • Maintain the company provided vehicle in good operating condition.
