The role involves leading, managing, and coordinating project teams and external consultants from project inception through completion. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will mentor team members, represent the firm to clients, and ensure that the client’s vision, goals, and objectives are clearly understood by all contributors. You will translate design requirements into documentation and construction, maintaining design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates are expected to have at least ten years of architectural experience, including five years of recent Project Architect experience on large‑scale, multi‑disciplinary projects. Proficiency in Revit is required, with AutoCAD experience preferred, and strong presentation, written, verbal, and graphic communication skills are essential. A professional degree in architecture, licensure, and preferably a sustainability accreditation, complete the required qualifications.
