- Proven background working on large-scale residential or mixed-use schemes
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Design/Technical Manager (or similar role) within the construction industry
- Strong design management, coordination, and technical review skills
- Relevant qualifications and professional memberships are desirable
Pay: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum + package (6K Car allowance)
