Join GS in the interview process for Technicians
Notify PM immediately of any possible estimate mistakes
Ensure the daily and weekly accurate completion of timecards and submittal to payroll This will involve direct interaction with Foreman and Field personnel
Demand and verify high standards (i.e. safety, quality, productivity, attitude, appearance, dependability, teamwork, etc.)
On site management and control of project; safety, quality, teamwork
Directly responsible for productivity in relation to estimated productivity
Discuss and document any specific issues that may require termination and consult with GS and HR prior to termination
Point out potential cost/savings issues as related to job or company performance
Responsible for minor day to day purchases
Constant review of job costs and report any items of importance to Project Manager (PM)
Work with PM and GS regarding the purchasing or renting of special equipment
Work with GS and HR to address any employee performance issues, including documentation
Work with GS and HR on Employee Reviews
Ensure all equipment & personnel are allocated to assigned project
Promote the Chamberlin Employee Referral Program to employees
Directly responsible to ensure personnel are working “8 hours work for 8 hours pay”

Minimum of 2 years of experience at a Foreman level within the construction industry with related divisional experience
Safety: PPE 100%, SPSA/JHA, Stretch and Flex daily
Must have reliable transportation to get to differing job locations
OSHA 30 certification
English speaking, bilingual preferred
