Description

• Greet residents and prospects visiting or calling the leasing office.
• Schedule and conduct apartment tours, assess rental needs, and showcase model units and amenities.
• Prepare, collect, and audit lease documents and qualifying information for approval.
• Perform market surveys and relay findings to the Community Manager.
• Contribute to leasing marketing strategies, outreach events, and leasing file audits.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of multifamily leasing experience, preferably in Chicagoland high‑rise properties.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proficiency with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite.

The role calls for direct residential leasing experience—preferably in the Chicagoland high‑rise market—and involves handling calls, tours, lease preparation, and supporting marketing initiatives. The position is full‑time (up to 40 hours weekly), includes some Saturday shifts, and offers hourly pay of $25‑$26 plus quarterly bonuses and commissions.

The leasing office operates Monday‑Friday 9 AM‑6 PM and Saturday 10 AM‑5 PM, with flexibility accommodated by the Community Manager for scheduling requests.
