Description

As a Branch Manager at QXO, you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing team, driving growth, and overseeing daily operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety and service. The position requires managing a profit center and collaborating with multiple departments to achieve business objectives.

• Manage profit center operations and administration.
• Recruit, train, and lead the sales team while collaborating across departments.
• Utilize trend analysis to make strategic decisions and identify profitable opportunities.
• Partner with the Branch Credit Manager to build a stable account base and ensure financial health.
• Cultivate strong vendor relationships and market products using manufacturer information.
• Foster a positive work environment and develop future leaders.
• Promote a safety‑first culture, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and staff.
• Apply strong organizational and time‑management skills, prioritizing and delegating effectively.
• Supply annual safety shoe allowance and paid training/certifications.
• Provide legal assistance, identity protection, pet insurance, and an employee assistance program.

Requirements

We seek candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, proven leadership in the industry, and the ability to inspire and develop team members. Effective communication, relationship‑building, and strong organizational skills are essential.

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or 1‑2 years related experience.
• Demonstrate prior industry leadership experience.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency (preferred).
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Exhibit refined leadership, managerial, and supervisory skills to motivate teams.
