Ability to examine boundary evidence survey resolutions
Construction Layout computations and calculations
Ability to examine and interpret civil, architectural and structural drawings
License in New York is required; New Jersey license is preferred
Proficient in Carlson 2018 with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS
Superior communication skills
Benefits
Compensation: Minimum: $120,000: Maximum: $150,000 The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location.
