Building strong relationships across the M&A landscape – intermediaries, legal, PE, industry, and internal teams
Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
Project managing service delivery with a strong focus on quality and efficiency
Overseeing key operational metrics – budgets, team utilisation, and working capital management
Partnering with clients to develop tax strategies aligned with their commercial goals
Driving business development – identifying opportunities, winning work, and supporting revenue growth
ACA, CTA, or equivalent qualifications
Strong commercial acumen and experience winning new business
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
