Prepare written reports of findings, summarizing, collating and interpreting the results of field data and creating costing spreadsheets
Maintain health and safety protocols as well as quality control within the group
Conduct Baseline Property Condition Assessments in accordance with the ASTM standards and best construction practices at various client sites

Carry out all necessary quantity takeoffs and measurements over the course of a project to be incorporated into reporting
Provide support in the development of designs and specifications for restoration projects
Maintain QA/QC protocols
Review and complete non-invasive assessments of existing buildings and structures (roof assemblies, exterior cladding assemblies, balcony assemblies, fenestrations and parking garage structures) to determine design and remedial work options
Carry out construction reviews to ensure quality standards and design requirements are achieved for restoration projects
