Description
Oversee final selection process, including preparing and extending job offers, providing benefit information, coordinating negotiations and ensuring decline letters are sent to candidates as appropriate.
Leverage recruiting sources, market developments and best practices, social media and other business resources to build robust talent pipeline.
Serve as system administrator for the applicant tracking system (ATS), including troubleshooting, system optimization, evaluating and recommending system functionality, making modification, managing data and analytics, and ensuring data integrity.
Work closely with Regional Managers, Division Managers and Department Heads to determine job requirements, specific skill sets and qualifications needed for open positions.
Identify and source talent through passive and active techniques, including postings, social networking, internet research, referrals and cold calling.
Review applications to determine best qualified candidates based on pre-determined criteria.
Ensure exceptional candidate experience through effective and continuous communication, delivering a compelling value proposition, and managing long-term relationships.
Manage job description and posting templates to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
Assist with development of junior team members, including coaching on recruiting and interviewing strategies and skills.
Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with hiring managers, serving as advisor and keeping them apprised on recruitment progress.
Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates to assess qualifications, technical skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview process with hiring managers, including scheduling interviews and following up with the candidates and recruiting team.
