Oversee documentation, reporting, workers’ compensation processes, and compliance requirements.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and safety program improvements.
Conduct regular jobsite assessments, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Recommend and implement improvements to policies, procedures, and safety strategies
Promote open communication between field and office regarding all safety concerns.
Help develop safety meeting topics and monthly field communications.
Support implementation of OSHA, state, and company safety standards.
