GM of Recruiting Operations

Description

As General Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our well-established executive search firm. You will be responsible for overseeing our recruiting team, driving performance, and maximizing placements with smart business practices, efficiencies, and process.

• Identify and address training needs and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Monitor and evaluate new technologies and tools to keep the recruitment process state-of-the-art.
• Monitor and evaluate the industry's recruitment trends to keep the firm at the forefront of executive search solutions.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, set team objectives, and ensure delivery of KPIs.
• Set clear metrics for recruitment performance and regularly review these with the team and senior leadership.
• Design, plan, and execute advanced recruiting strategies to attract top executive talents within the construction industry.
• Oversee relationships with job boards and other recruitment channels to ensure maximum visibility for our client's roles.
• Lead administrator of all recruitment software tools, ensuring they are utilized efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure feedback is collected from candidates and clients to continuously refine our processes.
• Directly manage and mentor a team of dynamic recruiters to ensure optimal performance.

• 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the construction sector.
