Ensure all sustainability, environmental and compliance policies are followed across daily operations.
Ensure a strong safety culture by monitoring H&S compliance, risk management, site inspections and environmental standards.
Oversee supervisors, administrators, operatives and subcontractors—providing leadership, coaching, development and performance management.
Monitor progress of works, ensuring quality standards, SOR compliance and specifications are followed.

Support recruitment, retention, onboarding, training and ongoing development of team members.
Produce accurate operational and commercial reports, presenting performance updates to the Divisional Manager and client.
Oversee management systems, processes and performance dashboards to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy.
Lead and manage the operational delivery of a large voids and responsive repairs contract, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to specification.

Strong IT skills with the ability to use job management systems and produce high-quality reports.
Good knowledge of SOR, compliance and safety standards.
Full UK driving licence & clean DBS.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams at all levels.
Excellent understanding of building maintenance, repairs processes, voids scoping and contract governance.
Formal building, construction or trade background (or relatable operational experience).
Proven experience managing repairs and/or voids contracts within social housing or property services.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage a demanding workload.
Must own an Android or iOS smartphone (BYOD) for work use.
