Technicians will be responsible for ensuring reliable operation of power and climate‑control equipment at remote telecom locations, performing scheduled maintenance, responding to emergencies, and documenting all work performed.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of generator or HVAC service experience, familiarity with ATS and electrical troubleshooting, and knowledge of EPA, FCC, FAA, and OSHA standards. Certifications such as EPA Universal, Type II, or EGSA are advantageous, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record is required.
The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift over 50 lb, climb, and stand for long periods, as well as extensive travel to field sites. Work may involve nights, weekends, holidays, and on‑call rotations, and candidates must satisfy DOT driver requirements and safety standards.
Compensation ranges from $28 to $38 USD per hour, complemented by performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool and fuel stipends, a company vehicle, and per‑diem allowances.
