Recognize contract changes and notify relevant parties
Ensure work complies with codes, drawings, and specifications; coordinate inspections and testing
Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering
Assemble and monitor construction financial data, tracking costs for force accounts
Define contract bid packages and coordinate scopes of work
Draft correspondence to owners, contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and architects
Support daily job reporting and schedule monitoring
Produce drawings and sketches for construction, change orders, and estimates
Process paperwork for new field hires
Maintain filing system setup and organization

Capture weekly jobsite photographs

Develop and administer project engineering procedures and documentation
Prepare status reports, participate in meetings, and record minutes
Keep safety records current
Interpret designs, prepare takeoffs, and resolve drawing conflicts
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and employees to address needs and resolve issues
