  • Partner with Bidding/Estimating to link live data to smarter bids
  • Produce robust BoQs (incl. civils/siteworks) and align monthly with the client QS
  • Lead the commercial team: contract reviews, subcontractor appointments & payments, cashflows, and CVR with live reporting
  • Step into Head of Commercial (post-review), owning process, people, and tools
  • Drive cost efficiencies and data-driven decisions; sit on Bid/No-Bid

  • 10–15+ years post-grad QS/commercial experience in main contracting or D&B
  • Irish experience—advantageous | Modular/off-site—advantageous (not required)
  • After 12 months, progress to Commercial Director (board seat) based on delivery
  • Ability to implement CVR/cashflow/change control from the ground up
  • Evidence of owning claims/EoT/loss & expense through to final account
  • Advanced Excel + familiarity with COINS/Causeway/BuildSoft/Sage and Power BI
  • BSc in QS/Commercial Management; chartership (MRICS/MSCSI/SCSI) a strong plus
  • Deep knowledge of Irish PWC/GCCC and RIAI (FIDIC/NEC a plus)
