Tasks

-Produce regular reports on compliance risks, performance targets, and operational support activity. -Ensure accurate recording of audit and inspection reports in line with contract requirements. -Oversee authorisation, identity, and security clearance documentation for operatives. -Manage training processes for divisional employees, including internal/external courses and system records. -Coordinate the issue and tracking of tools, equipment, and PPE across the division. -Maintain and publish site data for Ipsum’s estate portfolio. -Manage shared services such as centralised hotel bookings and support the Group Operations Support Manager when needed. -Promote and uphold health and safety standards, including risk assessments, safe practices, and proactive communication. -Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality training delivery. -Lead regional operations support teams, maintaining high data standards and operative compliance.
