We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Technician for our data center in Downtown Dallas. The NOC technician is responsible for monitoring operations and servicing and maintaining servers, network, and telecommunication equipment in a centralized data location. If you enjoy working with people and technology, we would love to meet you.
- Moderate IT helpdesk, server, and networking knowledge
- Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Customer relations knowledge
- Security knowledge
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook or similar software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for weekend work and rotating on‑call schedule
Benefits
The position is hourly, non‑exempt, with a rate of $15.00‑$18.00 per hour. Work days are Monday through Sunday with shifts varying as needed; weekdays are 11 am‑7 pm and weekends are 3 pm‑11 pm. Weekends are required and on‑call duties rotate. A valid Texas driver’s license is required, and the application process includes criminal background checks and drug screening.
