Establish and maintain best practices for quality control and integration.
Draft and coordinate BIM management and execution plans.
Contribute to ongoing training programs through skills transfer.
Develop and implement strategies to align with national and regional BIM standards.

Provide coaching and BIM training to teams.
Oversee production teams and coordinate BIM processes for various projects.
Act as a BIM resource person across multiple projects.
Develop automated workflows and deployable tools at both local and national levels.
Conduct research and development to enhance processes.

security clearance
Solid understanding of project delivery phases.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
In-depth proficiency in BIM and associated tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks/BIM360, Recap).
College diploma in Architectural Technology or another relevant field.
Experience with public / institutional projects (an asset).
3 to 5 years of experience as a BIM Manager, with at least 3 years locally.
Ability to obtain Reliability and Secret level security clearance (mandatory).
