Etex provides innovative building solutions, focusing on sustainable products for various construction sectors.
At Etex, we’re committed to developing future engineering leaders who will make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Our Future Talent Program is a structured career development initiative designed for graduates eager to excel in operations and technical leadership.
We are looking for candidates who have recently completed or are near completion of an engineering degree, possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and are willing to learn and adapt across different operational areas. Candidates must be committed to safety and quality standards, have excellent communication and collaboration skills, align with Etex values of Passion for Excellence, Connect & Care, and Pioneer to Lead, and hold full Australian work rights.
The 24‑month competency‑based program immerses participants from day one in a fast‑track technical and leadership growth experience. It provides broad exposure to plant operations and adjacent functions through rotations across production, maintenance, quality, and projects, along with hands‑on learning in process improvement, technical projects, and safety initiatives. Personalized growth support is offered through structured development, mentoring, and leadership guidance.
Structured development combines classroom learning with on‑floor problem‑solving, while hands‑on projects let participants contribute to real engineering challenges from day one. The program also focuses on professional growth, developing both technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
